Her Daily expectations

    Morning kiss when getting out of bed and agin if I am to leave for work before her.

Garbage full take it out. 

Come home do a quick pickup of the house  from dogs toys left out over the day. Sweep the floor quick vacuum.

Help with dinner, even if it’s just standing chatting. one of my hard limits is cooking.

No eating over sink.Cleanup after we are done. Putting away leftovers in fridge, loading dishwasher and wiping down stove, counter and sink

Dom daily calorie intake will be 1500

Subs intake will be 2100


Sub is to lose 10 lbs by 22 of June


While out get the door , take her coat etc. 


Weekly expectation

Tuesdays and fridays wipe down sinks and toilets with Clorox wipes. Sweeper over bathroom floor

Thursday nights  have massage table set up to give full body massage /stretches to assist with training and recover

Tuesday evening test of new toys

Happy Memorial Day

HAPPY MEMORIAL DAY              Woke up as queen got ready before leaving for her morning workout. My cough was worse this morning and my energy was low. Not sure why my energy was low. Getting sick?
